Build Your Own Rainbarrel Catchment System

We built an 8-barrel system in about 3 hours on Halloween 2009.  You can build one too! Ours has a capacity of about 450 gallons and cost $433 in parts, $400 of which is eligible for a rebate under Palo Alto's stormwater program.
